Membership benefits are available only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

The amount charged will be the membership fee displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Renewal payments will be processed using your original payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only.
No refunds or partial refunds are provided for any unused portion of the current billing period after a renewal payment has been processed.

6. Membership Eligibility
Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered account holder and are non-transferable.
Nutra Vital reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or sharing of membership benefits is identified.
7. Pricing Changes
Nutra Vital reserves the right to change the monthly membership fee at any time.
Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
8. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Nutra Vital may retry the payment using the payment method on file.
Membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
Nutra Vital reserves the right to cancel memberships with outstanding unpaid balances.
9. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Discounts received on orders placed while your membership was active remain valid and are not affected by future cancellation.
10. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
